Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing E-POWO solar products. We are committed to providing high-quality and reliable solar solutions. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, terms, and conditions of the warranty for all E-POWO solar panels.

Warranty Coverage

  • All E-POWO solar panels are covered by an 18-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

What is Covered

During the 18-month warranty period, E-POWO will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or

  • Replace the defective product with a new or equivalent product, or

  • Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, fire, flood, lightning, or other environmental factors.

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the product.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance.

  • Damage caused by the use of incompatible devices, accessories, or equipment.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@e-powo.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  2. Our support team will provide troubleshooting assistance and confirm warranty eligibility.

  3. If a return is required, you will receive instructions for the return process. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Limitations of Liability

  • The warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described above.

  • E-POWO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, or loss of business profits.

  • The maximum liability of E-POWO under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the product was originally purchased.
