At E-POWO, we value our customers and want you to feel confident with every purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms and conditions for product returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • To qualify for a return, customers must provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Returns for reasons of change of mind or incorrect purchase may be subject to restocking fees.

  • After 30 days, returns are not accepted unless covered under the 18-month warranty policy.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by E-POWO.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a confirmed product defect or error caused by E-POWO.

Warranty-Based Returns (18 Months)

  • If your product develops a fault within the 18-month warranty period, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund according to our Warranty Policy.

  • Warranty claims must include order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  • Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at support@e-powo.comto request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or company error.

Important Notes

  • Please do not ship any products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

  • The return address will be provided by our support team. Our office addresses listed on the website are not return centers.
