At E-POWO, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping for all our solar panel products. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery regions, shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times.


1. Warehouses & Shipping Regions

We currently ship products from two primary warehouses:

  • United States Warehouse – Serving customers in the U.S.
  • Germany Warehouse – Serving customers in the Europe

2. Shipping Costs

  • United States & Germany: Free shipping on all orders.
  • Other Regions: Free shipping on orders over $99. Orders below $99 will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • UPS
  • USPS

Customers may choose between:

  • Standard Shipping – Reliable and cost-efficient delivery.
  • Express Shipping – Faster delivery service at an additional cost.

Shipping fees for express delivery are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier service.


4. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery times: 5–8 business days (depending on region).
  • Express delivery times: 2–4 business days (depending on region).
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may track your package directly on the courier’s website.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@e-powo.com with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
